Returns:
Returns must be post marked within 30 days of purchase, and include proof of purchase and reason for return. Returned items must be in saleable condition.
Refunds:
After inspecting the returned item(s) you refund will be processed within 7-14 days.
Exceptions:
Downloadable content and downpayments for commissions cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Items that were damaged in shipping will be covered by shipping insurance. Original artworks (ie one of a kind paintings) cannot be exchanged or replaced.
Cancelling a Commission:
You may cancel a commission up until right before full payment has been made. The downpayment made for the commission is non refundable.
